At Brown Babe, every product is made with love and care, and we want you to feel the same joy when it reaches you.
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and made with organic ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at connect@brownbabe.com with your order details and photos. We’ll review your request and make it right, whether that means a replacement or store credit.
